Product Pricing and Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

You will be charged the prices that are reflected on the Website, subject to availability. The prices include Value-Added Tax.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Delivery

The Products displayed on the Website will be delivered within the areas determined by the Delivery Service Provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address, including suburb and postal code, is correct. Collectors Investments will not be liable for any Products or additional costs which may be incurred as a result of Products delivered to an incorrect address which is provided by the customer.

Payment

Payments on the Collectors Investments website are processed through PayFast.

Consent to collect information can be express (eg. signing an agreement) or implied (eg. if the User is given an opportunity to opt-out of a specific form of information sharing, but chooses not to do so, PayFast implies that the User chooses to share this information with us).

PayFast processes personal information on web hosting servers which may not be in your present country.

PayFast is also considered part of the Third-Party links.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the Products shall pass to you by acceptance of the Products by your authorised representative on delivery or collection. We will retain ownership in the Products until payment has been received in full.

Terms of Sales and Delivery

These terms cover our processes for sales and deliveries. It is to be read in conjunction with our other policies.

Orders:

To place any orders through the website, users must provide their personal information in order to make payment and have any orders delivered.
Collectors Investments takes no responsibility for mistaken orders, it is the users responsibility to ensure that any and all orders placed are correct, as well as the personal information supplied in order to complete the order.

Users who wish to place orders do so with the knowledge that all Goods on offer through the website are limited and that pricing may change at any time without notice.

Collections:

Clients who wish to collect may specify in their order that they would prefer to do so. Please notify the office of when you would like to make collection.

Our office hours are from 09:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday, and 09:00-15:00 on Fridays.

Delivery Service Provider:

We utilize the services of a number of Delivery Service Providers namely, PostNet, Courier Guy Cities and Courier Guy Towns. These service providers are considered Third Party Links in our Terms and Conditions and will be handled as such.

The Delivery Service Provider used will depend on the delivery area and urgency of the order.

We do not use the South African Post Office for any deliveries.

Delivery:

A delivery fee will be charged for each delivery order placed by you.

You must ensure that the correct delivery address is provided to us. We will not be liable for any deliveries made to an address incorrectly provided by you.

You hereby authorise Collectors Investments to provide your personal information, including your name, delivery address and telephone number to our third party service provider (“Delivery Service Provider”) for the purpose of effecting the delivery.

The Delivery Service Providers deliver to customers within certain specified delivery areas. Deliveries to outlying areas shall attract an additional surcharge that will be calculated on checkout. An outlying area refers to a suburb or town that falls out of any regional town/city or main center. Outlying areas include farms, mines and townships.

Collectors Investments and/or the Delivery Service Provider may contact you regarding your orders when necessary.

On each delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive a delivery note from either Collectors Investments or the Delivery Service Provider, showing the items delivered.

For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the Products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.

Should no-one be in attendance at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the Products. Collectors Investments or the Delivery Service Provider will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the Products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time and at no additional charge.

Collectors Investments or the Delivery Service Provider shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by any person, including you, as a result of any act or omission by us or the Delivery Service Provider in delivering the Products to the delivery address.

You warrant that the delivery address is suitable for entry by the Delivery Service Provider’s vehicles and should a claim arise from damage to items such as driveways, overhead cables or walls, then you will be liable for such damages.

Items will be sent within three working days of purchase.

Payment:

Payments are processed through PayFast.

Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment.

Order Tracking:

You can track your order with the tracking number provided by the Delivery Service Provider on their website.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Please refer to our Return Policy for details regarding our Cancellations and Refunds.

Returns Policy

In the event of the wrong goods being delivered, or if you have found the goods to not match the description given, please contact us within seven days of receipt so that we can arrange for the items return. Once we have inspected the item to ensure it has been returned in the same condition as when sent for delivery to you, we will refund you the amount paid (less the shipping costs.) This will be refunded to your original method of payment.

In the event that you wish to exchange the item, we will review the returned items condition and the item requested.

If you want an item to be replaced because you have received the item and it is damaged, we will need to inspect the item prior to providing a replacement.

If you wish to cancel you order, please notify us. The process will depend on at what point in the sales process you wish to cancel the order.
